Unsere hochwertigen Appartements Kranjska Gora — Rateče sind auf zwei Appartementhäuser aufgeteilt — Villa Planina und Villa Nebina. Die Villen befinden sich im zauberhaften Dorf Rateče, nur fünf Fahrminuten von Kranjska Gora entfernt. Zu den Schanzen im Tal Planica ist der Weg sogar ein bisschen kürzer. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt gibt es eine Skilanglaufpiste, Wander– und Radwege sowie Möglichkeiten für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Im Dorf gibt es berühmte Gasthäuser von Rateče, Bars und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft — all dies kann von unseren Appartementhäusern Villa Planina und Nebina zu Fuß erreicht werden. |

Die Villa Planina befindet sich in einer bildschönen und ruhigen Lage am Rande von Rateče. Alle Appartements bieten einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Julischen Alpen. Die Appartements Kranjska Gora — Rateče wurden mit äußerst hochwertigen Materialen gebaut und sind luxuriös ausgestattet. Sie verfügen über Bodenheizung, Kabelfernsehen, Plasmabildschirme, DVD-Player und WLAN. In den Kellerräumen gibt es einen Freizeitraum mit Tischtennisplatte und Billardtisch. Appartement im Erdgeschoss: 2 Schlafzimmer, für 4—6 Personen
Äußerst geräumiges, komfortables und helles Appartement im Erdgeschoss verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer), Wohnraum mit Küche und Esszimmer, Badezimmer und Flur. Im Badezimmer steht unseren Gästen eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, in der modern eingerichteten Küche gibt es dazu noch einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster, Wasserkocher und einen großen Kühlschrank. Der Wohnraum und das Schlafzimmer haben Zugang auf die große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick in alle Richtungen. Die Terrasse bietet den ganzen Tag lang Sonne.
Appartement im ersten Stockwerk: 2 Schlafzimmer, für 4—6 Personen
Das Appartement ist mit dem Erdgeschossappartement identisch, verfügt aber über keine Terrasse, sondern über einen großen Balkon.
Appartement in der linken Mansarde, Villa Planina, Kranjska Gora - Rateče: 1 Schlafzimmer, für 2—4 Personen
Komfortables und helles Appartement in der linken Mansarde verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer Wohnraum mit Küche und Esszimmer und Badezimmer. Im Badezimmer steht unseren Gästen eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, in der modern eingerichteten Küche gibt es dazu noch einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster, Wasserkocher und einen großen Kühlschrank. Der Wohnraum und das Schlafzimmer haben Zugang auf die Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick in alle Richtungen.

Bei der Villa Nebina handelt es sich um ein renoviertes typisches Alpenbauernhaus im Zentrum von Rateče. Die vier Appartements Kranjska Gora — Rateče sind charakteristisch gestaltet, geräumig und mit neuen Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Die Originaleigenschaften mit ganz besonderem Reiz des Hauses sind erhalten geblieben. Vom gemeinsamen Balkon aus gibt es einen schönen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. In den Schafzimmern gibt es Parkettböden, aber auch moderne Einrichtungen fehlen nicht, wie z. B. Plasmabildschirme, Kabelfernsehen und DVD-Player. Das Erdgeschossappartement verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit Küche und Esszimmer, ein kleines Badezimmer, ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer. Es ist möglich, auf den Wunsch unserer Gäste ein zusätzliches Bett in den Wohnraum zu stellen. Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind vom Wohnraum mit Treppen getrennt. Im Appartement sind noch die Ursprünge des Hauses sichtbar, wie z. B. Gewölben in einem der Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum. Alle Zimmer sind mit Holzböden und Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten einer modernen Küche, und ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Appartement verfügt über den Zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon im ersten Stockwerk.

Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten einer modernen Küche, und ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Appartement verfügt über den Zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon im ersten Stockwerk.
Appartement 3: 2 Schlafzimmer, für 3—5 Personen
Das Appartement 3 verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit Küche und Esszimmer, ein Badezimmer, ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer. Es ist möglich, auf den Wunsch unserer Gäste ein zusätzliches Bett in den Wohnraum zu stellen. Das Appartement hat einen eigenen separaten Teil des Balkons, der vom Wohnraum zugänglich ist. Alle Zimmer sind mit Holzböden und Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten einer modernen Küche, und ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet.
Appartement 4: 1 Schlafzimmer, für 2 Personen
Das Studio in der Mansarde hat einen gemeinsamen Raum mit einer kleinen Küchennische und ein Badezimmer. Es bietet eine preiswerte Möglichkeit, ein Appartement für zwei Personen zu mieten. Ebenso kann es in Kombination mit anderen Appartements für größere Gruppen gemietet werden. Das Appartement verfügt über den Zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon im ersten Stockwerk.

Slovenia Ski Holiday
Slovenia is an outstanding destination for great value skiing and our Retreats are perfectly positioned to take advantage of some of Slovenia’s best resorts. Villa Planina and Nebina are both just 5 minutes drive from pistes at Kranjska Gora, Slovenia's best known ski area with annual world cup ski jumping and slalom events. Kranjska Gora offers particularly good family skiing and beginner - intermediate facilities with easily accessible pistes. For more advanced skiers the world cup pistes at Podkoren side of the resort offer more challenging skiing. The Kranjska Gora area is also a great base to explore the wide range of other resorts in the region – how about skiing 7 different resorts in three countries in a week? Villa Belica is a 5 minute drive from the resort of Kobla which offers excellent beginner - intermediate skiing, and 10 minutes drive to the gondola up to Vogel, one of Slovenia's best known resorts with a wide range of beginner to advanced level on and off piste skiing. Vogel is a stunningly beautiful resort with views over the Julian Alps and down to Lake Bohinj.
